A Collaboration with Life After Active Duty & Veterans Care Foundation
When two dedicated and devoted non-profit organizations like Veterans Care Foundation and Life After Active Duty collaborate, only great things can happen for veterans! Now with 15,000 square feet of space the Veterans Transition Resource Center has ample space for many veteran services.
The VTRC family support includes, Warrior Spouse & Extended Family Support Group, Child Empowerment Program, Suicide Prevention Coalition Program, Veterans Treatment Courts, and Pro Bono Legal Services Program.
Our Veteran Transition Support provides several program that help service members transition smoothly from military to civilian life. Programs include, Life Enhancement, Job Development, PTSD, and benefits information.
The VTRC Women Veterans Support offers program for women peer support for unemployed, homeless and single parents. It also provides a Military Sexual Trauma program to help provide safe and confidential support.
Veterans need a community and our Veteran Community Support provides just that. Our Outreach Program, Volunteer Program, and Public Forum Program we provide an active community.
When emergencies arise the VTRC is there to help with emergency financial aid for unexpected needs and a Housing Coalition Program. They provide needed services to ensure that no veterans fall through the cracks.
